Account Executive

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our rapidly growing team in Old City, Philadelphia, which was recently recognized as the 24th fastest growing software company in the U.S. by the Inc 500. The Account Executive at Arcweb Technologies is the leader that ensures client success and delight for each Account they serve.

The Account Executive reports directly to the Head of Sales and will be assigned a list of Accounts by the Head of Sales based on their passion, experience, and relationships. The Account Executive works with the Head of Delivery, Project Managers, and other team members as necessary to hunt, propose, and close new prospective projects with their Accounts. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, energetic, and have previous experience selling services in digital design, software engineering, product management, or strategic consulting.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume prospecting for qualified leads
  • Work with with sales and delivery team leaders to sell Arcweb services
  • Maintain, conduct, and further develop Arcweb sales process
  • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information
  • Resolve any client concerns by developing solutions and making recommendations to management
  • Some travel required


Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 5+ years experience in B2B, project- based sales with proven ability to close $250k deals or greater
  • Ability to quickly qualify prospects and navigate highly technical sales
  • Use of video conferencing and other communications tools
  • Demonstrable ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives
  • Desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • Have the ability to answer tough questions and objections
  • High degree of collaboration and initiative
